Canary Wharf’s offices combine to create the newest of London’s two main financial centres. From Citibank to HSBC, Thomson Reuters to all manner of investment houses, virtually all offices in Canary Wharf have a keen financial focus. When looking at office space in Canary Wharf, there is a healthy mix of serviced and  leased options.

A self-contained community

Life in a Canary Wharf office means being part of the local community. The necessity of using public transport to find other options means it is as tight-knit as any across the capital. The main benefit is that the bars and restaurants are always friendly and buzzing.

Well appointed

To support the sheer numbers of people, the excellent Jubilee Place mall boasts 120 shops, including a large Waitrose. There are also Everyman and Cineworld cinemas as well as the stunning East Wintergarden venue. Jubilee Park and the landscaped areas dotted around Canary Wharf also play host to events targeted at business crowds.

Canary Wharf offices

With the number of startup companies choosing to make a home in Canary Wharf – the area has now also become a hub for the financial technology industry, as well as the financial power houses.

Currently there are both offices to rent in Canary Wharf and serviced offices in Canary Wharf available, if you’d like to see your options, find our buildings listed below.

Continually evolving

Though the iconic One Canada Square tower was opened in 1991, it still feels very much a ‘new’ neighbourhood. There are still lots of cranes on view, many busy creating the new Wood Wharf district, a vibrant mixed-use community aimed at more creative occupiers.

Together with the existing Canary Wharf occupiers, these new occupants will revel in the area’s excellent connections, especially with the addition of the new Elizabeth Line – London’s high-speed Crossrail project, scheduled for completion in 2019. The Elizabeth Line will directly connect London’s key business districts, ultimately enhancing wider accessibility and improving travel speed across the capital.
