To make life simpler, we can help design your new space, smoothly move you in, and help out during your stay.

Fit out

Often the most exciting part of an office move. Our interior designers can create a layout, function and style that perfectly suits your business. Then, our cost consultants, engineers and project managers can make that vision a reality.

Reinstatement and dilapidation

When your lease finishes, you will probably need to return the property to its original condition (reinstatement). Our building surveyors can manage the entire process, making good any repairs (dilapidations).

Building survey

If you need your property to meet particular technical specifications or are concerned about its systems or condition, our building surveyors can assess any risks or long-term costs.

Business rates

After the government’s recent business rates revaluation, some properties have been taxed above market prices. We can make sure you pay the correct amount on any new or existing properties, and handle any appeals.

Rent review

Long term leases usually have a rent review at the end of year five. We can negotiate with your landlord to make sure you do not overpay, and that your rent properly reflects the market.
